Altos Energy Partners Announces New Hire

HOUSTON, September 14, 2017 – Altos Energy Partners, a Houston-based private investment firm
focused on equipment and service companies in the upstream, midstream and downstream energy and
infrastructure sectors, today announced that Army Malki has joined the firm as a Senior Associate.

Prior to joining Altos, Army was an Associate at Pelican Energy Partners, an oilfield service-focused
private equity firm managing over $300 million of capital. Previously, he served as an Associate and
Analyst in the Investment Banking division of Duff & Phelps where he worked on mergers and
acquisitions for clients in the energy industry. Notable among his industry and community activities,
Army is the Social Events Co-Chair for Young Professionals in Finance and actively volunteers for Big
Brothers Big Sisters. Army graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance and a
minor in Accounting.
